Example: QNJ-200Q DC24V, 100 units;
This indicates 100 units of micro-power DC relay, main contact 1NO, current 200A, coil voltage DC24V. 9. Usage Precautions◆ The relay coil is polarized (A1 is positive, A2 is negative); the main circuit is non-polarized. ◆ The energy-saving coil has a relatively high inrush current at startup, lasting between 100~120ms depending on the product's characteristics. Therefore, the driver power supply must exceed the coil power rating, and the operating frequency must not exceed the rated value. Otherwise, it may affect the normal startup of the DC relay or even burn out the energy-saving module, rendering the relay inoperable. ◆ The product has a built-in coil energy-saving module; no additional PWM or other energy-saving modules are required. If PWM pulse signals are still used to control the relay coil, ensure the PWM output voltage is set to 100%; otherwise, it may affect the reliable operation of our relay. A step-function power supply mode is recommended. ◆ Main contact wire or busbar cross-section (see table below):
