Example: QNJ-200C DC24V, 100 units; This indicates 100 units of zero-power magnetic latching DC relay, main contact 1NO, current 200A, coil voltage DC24V. 9. Usage Precautions◆ The relay coil is polarized (A1 is positive, A2 is negative); the main circuit is non-polarized. ◆ The bistable magnetic latching energy-saving coil has a relatively high inrush current during the initial make/break operation, lasting between 50ms~120ms depending on the product's characteristics. Therefore, the driver power supply must exceed the coil power rating, and the operating frequency must not exceed the rated value. Otherwise, it may affect the normal startup of the DC relay 'or' even burn out the coil, rendering the relay inoperable. ◆ The magnetic latching DC relay uses a square wave pulse power supply mode. The magnetic latching coil must not be continuously energized. Make: Connect coil A1 'or' red wire to positive, A2 'or' black wire to negative. Break: Connect coil A1 'or' red wire to negative, A2 'or' black wire to positive. ◆ Main contact wire 'or' busbar cross-section (see table below):
