1. ApplicationThe QNC1 series miniature contactors are suitable for use in circuits with an AC supply frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz, a rated insulation voltage of 690V, and a rated operational current of 9 to 18A at a rated operational voltage up to 380V under AC-3 duty. They are used for remote switching and breaking of circuits, frequent starting, and control of AC motors, electromagnetic coils, etc. They are widely used in elevator control systems, industrial control, and energy infrastructure. Combined with appropriate thermal overload relays, the contactors can protect circuits that may experience overloads. The energy-saving models feature low power consumption and significant energy-saving effects, making them suitable for the household appliance industry. Product design complies with standards: IEC/EN 60947-4-1, GB/T 14048.1, GB/T 14048.4. Product certifications: CCC certification. 2.Coding
3. Product Features▲ Miniature contactors feature stable operating performance and high reliability; ▲ The operating mechanism is direct-acting; contacts are double-break, offering more reliable performance compared to cross-acting structures; ▲ Standard type and magnetic latching type offer two mounting methods: K-type for screw or DIN rail mounting, and H-type for soldering onto printed circuit boards. ■ Magnetic System Features The magnetic system is divided into three functional modes: ▲ Standard electromagnetic type: The coil is an electromagnetic coil, with coil voltages available in AC and DC; ▲ Magnetic latching type: Only DC coil voltage is used. Applying a forward voltage (A1+) causes pull-in. After the moving core pulls in, the power is immediately cut off. The contact closure is then maintained by a permanent magnet. To open, a reverse polarity voltage (A1-) is applied to the coil. After release, it is held open by the permanent magnet. This product consumes no power in the latched state; ▲ Magnetic latching energy-saving type (with control board): Coil voltages include AC and DC. Based on the magnetic latching structure, a control board is added. After the contactor pulls in, the coil holding power is ≤4W, offering lower power consumption and significant energy saving compared to standard types. After the coil is energized or de-energized, the moving core is held against the magnetic conductor by a permanent magnet, achieving low-power holding. Making or breaking is driven by the electronic control board, causing the moving core to act and the contacts to close or open. ▲ Compact size, lightweight, low energy consumption, high reliability; ▲ Manufacturing materials are environmentally friendly, complying with the EU RoHS 2.0 directive; ▲ No toxic or harmful substances are produced during the manufacturing process; ▲ Products are manufactured using advanced production processes, with 100% factory inspection by intelligent testing equipment to ensure product quality. 4. Operating and Mounting Conditions■ Normal Operating Conditions ▲ Ambient air temperature: -25°C to +60°C; ▲ Ambient humidity: Maximum relative humidity 85%; ▲ Altitude at installation site not exceeding 3000m; ▲ Pollution degree at the contactor installation site: Degree 3. ■ Applicable Duty Types ▲ Electrically held type: Intermittent periodic duty; ▲ Magnetically held type: Uninterrupted duty; ▲ Energy-saving type: Intermittent periodic duty, uninterrupted duty. ■ Mounting Conditions ▲ Contactor installation category: Category III; ▲ Contactor degree of protection: IP20; ▲ Inclination of the mounting surface relative to the vertical plane: Not more than ±5°; ▲ Product mounting orientation: Vertical or horizontal; ▲ Product mounting methods: 1. DIN Rail type: Using screws or 35mm standard DIN rail mounting; 2. Soldered type: Soldered onto a printed circuit board. ■ Torque Applied to Terminal Screws
