1. Application

The QNDC-1244 electrically operated AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) has a rated insulation voltage of 690V or an AC-1 rated operational voltage of 380V with a rated operational current of 12A. It is primarily used for controlling the making or breaking of single-phase motors or electromagnets. It can also be used to control lighting, heating, ventilation, or other low-inductive or micro-inductive loads. This product series complies with standards: IEC/EN 60947-4-1, GB/T 14048.4.

3. Product Features

■ Performance Features: ▲ Control methods include: AC control or DC control; ▲ DC control: The DC waveform is linear with stable voltage or low noise; ▲ AC control: The product is equipped with a rectifier module. When the control circuit uses AC, the module supplies DC to the coil, eliminating electromagnetic noise from AC; ▲ The product's iron core uses electrical pure iron with a solenoid structure. The contact area between the armature or yoke during pull-in is small, resulting in low pull-in noise. ■ Structural Features ▲ The operating mechanism is direct-acting; contacts are double-break; ▲ Multiple auxiliary contacts: This product has four normally open (4NO) or four normally closed (4NC) auxiliary contacts, suitable for control circuits requiring many detection signals. ■ Magnetic System Features The armature or yoke are made of electrical pure iron rod, providing excellent electromagnetic performance, low coercivity, stable magnetism, or high product reliability.
