1. Application

The QNBZ brake contactor is suitable for circuits with a rated operational voltage up to 350V and a rated operational current of 12A under DC-3 duty. This product is specifically designed for elevator brake systems, serving as the preferred contactor for elevator brake control. It can also be used for remote switching and breaking of circuits, frequent starting, and control of AC motors, electromagnetic coils, etc. It is particularly suitable for making and breaking circuits with high voltage and inductive loads. In elevator brake systems, the contactor controlling the brake electromagnet is crucial for ensuring normal elevator operation. The product design focuses on solving contact reliability and high-voltage arc extinction issues. The use of arc chutes and magnetic blowout significantly improves contact reliability and service life. This product greatly addresses the persistent problems of arcing-induced burning, erosion, and contact welding in brake contactors.
