1.ApplicationThe QNZ1-C series zero-power consumption magnetic latching DC contactors are suitable for circuits with an operating voltage of 200V or below under DC-1 load. They can also be used as bypass isolation switches in frequency converters, soft starters, high-frequency heating power supplies, or other similar DC-20 loads. Products comply with standards: IEC/EN 60947-4-1, GB/T 14048.4. Products have obtained certification: RoHS. 2.Coding
3.Key Points▲ Zero-power consumption bistable magnetic latching energy-saving coil; the coil itself does not generate heat. ▲ Excellent resistance to shock and vibration; high contact pressure with silver alloy contacts ensures reliable contact, low temperature rise, and strong overload performance. ▲ Rare-earth strong magnetic arc extinguishing, long electrical lifespan, high resistance to welding, safe and reliable. ▲ High insulation performance, withstands 3500V power frequency voltage. ▲ Compliant with EU RoHS environmental directives and national energy-saving and environmental protection requirements. ▲ Two options for coil connection: fixed screw terminal or flexible lead wire. *(Note: 600-800C models have lead wire only.) 4. Operating and Installation Conditions▲ Ambient Temperature: -40°C to +85°C. ▲ Ambient Humidity: Maximum relative humidity 85%. ▲ Altitude Derating: For installation altitudes above 2000 meters, derate by 5% for every 1000 meters of increased altitude, up to a maximum of 5000 meters. ▲ Sinusoidal Sweep Vibration at Fixed Point: 10–500Hz (10Hz–50Hz: amplitude 2.5mm; 50Hz–200Hz: amplitude 0.16mm; 200Hz–500Hz: acceleration 50 m/s²). ▲ Shock Acceleration: 300 m/s². ▲ Pollution Degree: Degree 3. ▲ Mounting Orientation: Horizontal or vertical. ▲ Mounting Method: Screw mounting. ▲ Applicable Duty Cycles: Continuous duty, intermittent periodic duty. 5. Technical ParametersThis series complies with standards: IEC/EN 60947-4-1, GB/T 14048.4.

8. Ordering InformationWhen placing an order, please specify: ■ Contactor model and name; ■ Coil voltage; ■ Order quantity; ■ Special requirements;
Examples: QNZ1-200C DC24V Bent Bracket, Screw Terminals 100 units;
100 units magnetic latching DC contactor, magnetic latching coil, one normally open main contact, 200A current, bent bracket mounting, screw terminals, coil voltage DC24V.
QNZ1-200CB DC48V No Bracket, Lead Wire 500mm 100 units;
100 units magnetic latching DC contactor, magnetic latching coil, one normally closed main contact, 200A current, no bracket mounting, 500mm lead wire, coil voltage DC48V. 9. Precautions for Use◆ The product coil is polarized (A1 is positive, A2 is negative). The main circuit with magnetic blowout is polarized (L1 is positive, L2 is negative), while the main circuit without magnetic blowout is non-polarized. The polarity must not be reversed, as doing so will affect the load-breaking service life. ◆ The bistable magnetic latching energy-saving coil has a relatively large inrush current at initial opening/closing operation, lasting between 50-120ms depending on product characteristics. Therefore, the driving power of the contactor must be greater than the product coil power, and the operating frequency must not exceed the rated value. Otherwise, it may affect the normal starting of the DC contactor, or even burn out the coil, rendering the contactor inoperative. ◆ Magnetic latching DC contactors use a square wave pulse power supply mode. The magnetic latching coil must not be energized for extended periods. For CLOSE: connect coil terminal A1 (or red wire) to positive and A2 (or black wire) to negative. For OPEN: connect coil terminal A1 (or red wire) to negative and A2 (or black wire) to positive. ◆ When more than one connection wire is used at the power terminal, ensure that the main power conductor is placed closest to the contactor's main circuit connection point, with the lower-current connection wires placed on top, followed by the washer, spring washer, and nut. Incorrect connection order or loose connections may cause severe overheating and lead to melting of the connected cable's insulation.
◆ The tightening torque for screws and bolts used with the contactor should be controlled within the specified ranges below (see table).
◆ Main contact wire or busbar cross-sectional area (see table).
◆ Prohibit forcibly bending the wire or busbar after installing and tightening the screws, to prevent damage to the contactor and ensure its normal operation! |
