Precautions for Use◆ If the product coil input is DC voltage, then the coil has polarity (A1 is positive, A2 is negative). ◆ The energy-saving coil has a relatively large starting current at initial operation, lasting between 100~120ms depending on the product's own characteristics. Therefore, the driving power for the contactor must be greater than the coil power of the product, and the operating frequency must not exceed the rated value. Otherwise, it may affect the normal startup of the contactor, or even burn out the energy-saving module, causing the contactor to fail. ◆ The product has a built-in coil energy-saving module; no additional PWM or other energy-saving modules are required. If PWM pulse signals are still used to control the contactor coil, the PWM output voltage must be adjusted to 100%; otherwise, it may affect the reliable operation of our contactors. A step-type power supply mode is recommended. ◆ When using more than one connection wire at the power terminal, ensure the main power wire is closest to the main circuit connection point of the contactor, with the smaller current connection wire on top, followed by the washer, spring washer, and nut. Incorrect connection order or poor connection may cause severe overheating and melt the insulation of the connecting cable.
◆ Contactor Communication Function Introduction: The QNC-WH arc-less contactor is an electrical control device integrating remote control, status monitoring, and intelligent linkage. It supports interaction with IoT platforms, local servers, or mobile terminals via wired or wireless communication protocols to achieve intelligent management of electrical loads. Wired Protocol: RS-485 (Modbus RTU). Remote Control: Delay and make/break functions can be controlled by sending commands via MQTT/HTTP API. Status Reporting: Real-time upload of parameters (voltage, current, temperature, switch status) to the cloud, default interval 5 seconds (customizable). Parameter Setting: Real-time setting of overcurrent, overvoltage, delay, working mode, etc. (customizable).
◆ The tightening torque for screws and bolts used with the contactor should be controlled within the specified ranges below (see table).
◆ Main contact wire or busbar cross-sectional area (see table).
◆ It is prohibited to forcibly bend the wires or busbars after installing and tightening the screws, as this may damage the contactor! |
