Singularity Energy Leaders and Experts Visit Nanjing Quanning Electric for Inspection and Exchange

On the 14th and 15th, a delegation of leaders and experts from Xi'an Singularity Energy Co., Ltd. visited Nanjing Quanning Electric Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. Chairman Ning of Nanjing Quanning Electric led all employees in warmly receiving the visiting guests. As a leading enterprise in the energy storage industry, Singularity Energy has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, product quality, and the development of industry standards. Nanjing Quanning Electric stated that the visit by the leaders and experts from Singularity Energy was both a sign of trust in the company and a valuable opportunity for learning and exchange.

During the inspection, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges focusing on the core issue of improving the reliability of energy storage contactors. Nanjing Quanning Electric highlighted its technical path of "no-temperature-rise coil + epoxy resin + aerospace engineering plastics + sealed gas-filled structure," and emphasized that this solution is not a simple replacement for ceramic structures, but rather a comprehensive improvement of product reliability and predictability under complex operating conditions through system design and manufacturing consistency.

In the technical exchange session, Nanjing Quanning Electric presented its technical advantages in detail from four aspects.

First, the company delays epoxy aging from the source through a low thermal load design. Ordinary products have a coil power consumption of about 3 W, while the company's product has a coil power consumption of only 0.5 W. The main circuit temperature rise is more than 10 K lower than that of ordinary ceramic products, with a measured temperature rise of only 40 K. This helps reduce interfacial stress accumulation and extend the duration of airtightness. 

Second, the suction force of the company's magnetic system is more than twice that of traditional products. Under an equivalent electrodynamic force of 14,000 A, it can still keep the contacts reliably closed, fundamentally reducing the risks of contact separation, arc reignition, and energy runaway. 

Third, the company's product has demonstrated outstanding measured performance. Under 800 V/400 A operating conditions, it has achieved more than 6,000 breaking operations, with an arc-extinguishing time of only 3 ms. Its seismic performance is superior to that of traditional products, its yield rate is close to 100%, and its batch consistency is high. 

Fourth, the samples submitted by the company have completed a full set of tests. All data are measured data and are open to third-party re-verification.

Afterwards, the leaders and experts from Singularity Energy visited Nanjing Quanning Electric's production line on site and exchanged views on product selection, operating condition verification, and reliability assessment. Nanjing Quanning Electric stated that data is more persuasive than material labels. The company is willing to accept strict verification with the most open attitude, and welcomes customers to visit the production line, test data, and compare performance under the same operating conditions.

This inspection enhanced mutual understanding between the two sides and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. Nanjing Quanning Electric looks forward to joining hands with Singularity Energy to jointly promote technological progress in the energy storage industry.
