Nanjing Quanning Electric Successfully Develops Multiple New Products

The successful development of elevator-specific silent contactors and star-connection contactors, along with the introduction of elevator brake contactors, has filled a gap in elevator contact safety. In the frequency converter industry, our QNZ1 series new contactors have been successfully developed and widely promoted, while the successful production of low-power relays for frequency converters has taken our company to the next level in this field. 

2021 marked the 11th anniversary of Quanning Electric and was also the most fruitful year for the company in the frequency converter industry. Our DC contactors achieved an 80% market share in the industry, with products sold worldwide and receiving unanimous praise from customers. The QNZ1 series DC contactors, based on the original QNZ series, underwent technical improvements and product structure innovations. Their performance increased by 10%-20%, and we reached new heights in some key parameters. In terms of application, they helped customers reduce costs and extend service life. The simultaneous production of 30A and 40A relays for frequency converters further strengthened Quanning Electric's development and market presence.

The launch of elevator-specific silent contactors, star-connection contactors, and elevator brake contactors has attracted significant attention from industry professionals. In product development, we always prioritize customer needs, addressing existing issues from the user's perspective. The silent contactors developed by Quanning feature: 1) compact size for easy replacement; 2) high reliability of external rectifier components; 3) wide applicability. The star-connection contactors offer: 1) noiseless operation, cost reduction, broad application range, and reduced failure rate; 2) seamless replaceability and strong compatibility; 3) high reliability of external rectifier components.

The elevator brake contactor was specifically designed to enhance the arc extinguishing capability of the contacts. Compared to similar contactors, our brake contactor features eight breaking contacts in dual-line circuit disconnection on the power supply side and load side. During circuit load switching, the breaking voltage per contact is about one-eighth of the rated operating voltage, making the breaking speed eight times faster than that of a single contact. This allows the arc extinguishing process to quickly reach an optimal state.
