Our company has been invited to attend the inaugural Supplier Conference jointly hosted by Hetz and Qidian.

On November 23, 2018, at the joint invitation of Zhejiang Hetz Electric Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Qidian Electric Technology Co., Ltd., relevant personnel from our company attended the inaugural Supplier Conference jointly organized by Hetz Electric and Qidian Electric.

Zhejiang Hetz Electric Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise founded by several overseas returnee Ph.D. holders and receives key government support. The company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of motor drive products, targeting mid-to-high-end equipment manufacturers and industrial automation system integrators. Shanghai Qidian Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern, high-tech company professionally engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of frequency converters, soft starters, and servo drives. In April 2016, Qidian Electric was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), also known as the New Third Board, under stock code 836621.

The supplier conference was grandly held at the Jiaxing Tongxiang Science and Technology Innovation Park. It was attended by over 50 guests, and our company participated as an invited delegate.

At the conference, Mr. Liu, General Manager of Qidian Electric, provided a detailed analysis of the current status of both companies, future cooperation directions, as well as development plans and objectives. The two frequency converter manufacturers face minimal market conflict and exhibit strong complementarity in supply, R&D, sales, and other areas. They will begin their collaboration by integrating procurement functions, with the two purchasing departments merging to implement unified procurement. Subsequent steps will involve further integration based on practical development, ultimately leading to equity cooperation and a full merger into a single entity.
