Hailip executives and experts visited our company for inspection and guidance.Time:2017-02-17 On February 17, 2017, at the beginning of the new year, Mr. Tan, Chief Engineer of Zhejiang Hailip Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Mr. Yuan, Manager of the R&D Department, made a special trip to our company for a one-day inspection. Mr. Ning, along with relevant personnel from our company, received Mr. Tan and his delegation. Zhejiang Hailip Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hailip") was founded in 2001 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Danfoss in 2005. Danfoss, established in 1933, is one of Denmark's largest multinational industrial manufacturing companies. Renowned for promoting advanced manufacturing technologies and prioritizing energy efficiency and environmental protection, Danfoss is a world-leading product manufacturer and service provider in refrigeration and air conditioning control, heating and water control, and drive control. During the visit, Mr. Tan focused on inspecting our company's testing equipment, inspection procedures, and workplace safety measures, while also gaining a detailed understanding of the entire contactor production process. Both parties extensively discussed and deeply explored the technical features of Quanning's frequency converter-specific contactors and their advantages in frequency converter applications. Mr. Tan expressed satisfaction with our product quality control, production workflow, and testing processes.
Inspecting the coil winding process During the inspection, Mr. Tan mentioned that Danfoss plans to shift the production of its high-power frequency converters from the United States to China. He noted that the thyristor-based solutions currently used in Danfoss’s high-power frequency converters are highly susceptible to grid instability, leading to relatively high failure rates, and emphasized that DC contactors represent the most reliable alternative. Mr. Tan spoke highly of our products' high insulation voltage and stable performance, indicating that he would recommend our products to Danfoss. Finally, based on Danfoss’s requirements, Mr. Tan provided valuable suggestions regarding our company’s management, workplace safety, and automation in production.
During this inspection, Mr. Tan expressed his intention to expand the scope and volume of our products used, laying a solid foundation for further collaboration between the two parties. Mr. Ning expressed his gratitude to Mr. Tan for personally visiting our company for inspection and guidance. The inspection concluded in a pleasant atmosphere around 3:30 p.m |
